    Rather than blaming it on a self centred/ selfish person, rather think about how they ended up there. i know everyone in the world does not uave that much time to think about each other, but if you wanna sustain a relationship with someone(not necessarily your marriage partner it can be anyone) you need to understand that. There are mainly 2 ways a person can end up this way. No. 1: this is the obvious one. If someone has gotten everything that they wanted in their life ofc they will have the habit of only thinking about themselves but generally these are not the type of people you find everyday No. 2: if someone has been ignored, bullied, or harrassed ofc he will think about him first rather than anyone else. This thing is not that hard to understand. I am not trying to justify that being selfish is not bad but i am just telling my perspective.

    Funny thing is, I can be a very explosive person with really bad anger issues (among other things), and I’m now wondering if this is the method other people have been using to talk me down whenever I’m going off, or if I sometimes do this to myself since I tend to constantly analyze my own actions, though perhaps not soon enough before going through with them. Either way, it’s good advice, so thank you.

      For the things that you normally lose, have you thought of creating areas in your home where certain things are always placed there? In other words, when there is a place for everything, then everything will be in place.

    There's this one girl in my neighborhood called Fillia and she's like the plague. She always comes over to "play" with me and my brother. At first tried to be nice, but she just barged in. Then she looked at a framed picture on our wall and said: who is that ugly woman? Little did she know that was my dead grandmother's picture. explained and she didn't bat an eye! She ran upstairs with her dirty shoes still on (we have a no shoes policy in our house) and by the time caught up with her, she was in my room on my carpet and at that point she had left a trail of dirt everywhere. She was in my room going through my wardrobe and when asked her what she was doing, she said it was just a prank. When looked over, she was taking underpants, by underpants from my wardrobe and putting them on, WITH HER SHOES STILL ON! At this point tell her to leave and that she has disrespected our household rules, but of course my mother walked in right then and offered her some water. When she saw all the dirty footprints she blamed ME and Fillia and ran off. tried to get her to leave, but she just took it as an elaborate prank. She kept on running through our house, taunting me to catch up with her so eventually kicked her out. (Till this day still don't regret that decision.) A day later, the house is clean again because mummy made me clean up Fillias mess and I hear the doorbell ringing. I look and see Fillia at our door. She doesn't even say hello and runs up to my dog. The poor thing tried to run away but she grabbed at his legs and tugged him towards her. Forcing an uncomfortable cuddle. The dog looks hurt and is whimpering and barking trying to tug its way out. Before that nasty girl can terrorise him any longer, grab her by the arm and tug her outside. Then I asked her if could have a chat with her mother. She said she just wanted to play and then I snapped, I told her to look for new friends but not me. She protested by saying that my dog loves her and she doesn't want to leave him... I slammed the door in her face 🙂

    Imagine trying to fill a bucket with water, except the bucket has a hole in it. The water is like money, and the hole is like bills. You work as hard as you can to fill the bucket, but when you put it up to your mouth to take a drink, there is barely any water left. This is what work feels like to me. I don't like working to fill the bucket, but I know I won't be able to live a comfortable life if I'm thirsty. I work so I can quench my thirst, but it feels like an endless task, and I only get very little water for myself in the end. Basically what I'm saying is I either have to work so much to afford necessities, but then I have no time to enjoy life. Or I can have time, but no money to do anything I want to.

    But what if you are right most of the time? And believe me I thoroughly do enjoy being proven wrong, because when I'm right things have gone wrong, and if I'm proven wrong things went right.

    • @goodmondayconsulting

      The focus is not on being right but to communicate your point of view clearly. It is difficult to change a person's mind, I can only hope to communicate with clarity and then leave it to the other person to decide. However, if in the process of communication, I discover a greater clarity then I ought to be humble enough to change accordingly.

      @@goodmondayconsulting I concur, but I don't speak of something unless I've learned as much as I can on that subject, or have definite firsthand experience. I hate being ignorant and anything, and I know there's a lot I am, but the fun part about life is learning, even funner passing the knowledge on, too bad a lot of people enjoy their ignorance.

    It's not my heart it's the law, why are you driving sooooo slow, if it's a 55 speed limit why are you driving 35? And then when someone tries to pass that person, that person drives "super fast " I hate driving because of ppl like that. I hate driving.

    Wisdom is a frequency according to this sketch, the fool correcting his mistakes less frequently, greater time in between each correction.

  • @Skatelifefool
    @Skatelifefool 4 місяці тому

    Interesting. This is showing wisdom as a verb, and a process undertaken across time, rather than a point one has arrived at where you are simply more wise.

      There is clarity in numbers. In this case, it may not be an issue of "annoyance", rather it could be a matter of character deficiency.
